What I work on.

Molecular Pharmacology

Receptor biology, endothelin signalling, drug-target interaction studies, in vitro cancer modelling with MTT, SRB, and Western blotting.

Nanomedicine & Drug Delivery

Nano-vesicle formulation, pro-bilosomes, zeta-sizer characterisation, LC-MS, freeze-drying, and bioavailability enhancement.

Drug Repurposing

Repositioning licensed agents, particularly endothelin receptor antagonists, as candidates in oncology.
